Ellen has trained with Dr. Caroline Myss (1988) and other noted professionals in the Body-Mind-Spirit field of holistic health. In addition to study and practice in Yoga (NYC, Pittsburgh, LA) and Transcendental Meditation, (Princeton) while completing her BFA in Acting at Rutgers University in the early ‘80’s, she also studied T’ai Chi, Alexander Technique, and Aikido with Bruce Fertman there (see: Alexander Alliance), and later, Qi Gong. Her Yoga teaching style is meditative with a focus on proper alignment and inner harmony – our connection to the Divine, and is most aligned with Hatha: Anusara, Sivananda and Kripalu.
